应用人工神经网络方法(ANN)研究磺酰脲类除草剂构象差异对其活性的影响.主要考虑对碘酰脲类除草剂与受体相互作用有所影响的两类因素,即电荷因素和几何因素.当两者都考虑时得均方误差msc=0.078,而仅考虑前者时得msc=0.118,这表明构象差异确实对此类除草剂活性有较显著影响,必须加以考虑.本文首次用RMS来定量表征构象差异.

Serious injury to wheat, millet and sorghum could be observed when the dosage was normal (40g/ha).They all died at the seedling stage.The normal dosage (25g/ha), double dosage (50g/ha) and triple dosage (75g/ha) of thifensulfuron-methyl 75%DF were safe to corn, wheat, millet and sorghum, applied at pre-seedling stage.When applied at post-seedling stage, the three dosages of thifensulfuron-methyl were safe to wheat. Its normal dosage was safe to corn, caused slight injury to sorghum and caused serious injury to millet. Its double dosage caused slight injury to corn, serious injury to sorghum, and its triple dosage was serious injury to corn and sorghum. Rimsulfuron 25%DF, used post-seedling, with normal dosage (18.75g/ha), was safe to corn, but with double dosage (37.5g/ha), caused slight injury to corn though recovered in seven days.Its normal dosage caused stight injury to wheat, millet and sorghum, and its double dosage was serious injury to them. Chlorimuron-ethyl 20% SP, used pre-seedling, with normal dosage (15g/ha), was safe to corn, wheat, millet and sorghum, whereas its double dosage and triple dosage were safe to corn, wheat and millet, but caused injury to sorghum.Used post-seedling, its normal dosage was safe to wheat and millet,but injured corn and sorghum.Its double dosage and triple dosage were safe to wheat,but they caused slight injury to millet, serious injury to corn and sorghum.
