This paper is a preliminary study on the biomass of Aneurolepidium chinense rhizosphere soil microorganisms in some experimental districts of degenerative grassland of synthetical harnass in Xilin River Basin. The experimental results proved that biomass of rhizosphere soilmicroorgansims in the degenerative grassland could be increased by some artificial measures such as fence restore, ploughing or horrowing and planting more grass. The variation of the biomass of rhizosphere soil microoganism was in keeping with that of the biomass of plant's aboveground parts, rhizossphere soil enzyme activity and rhizosphere soil moisture contents. The results also indicated that degenerative grassland could be relatively restored by some artificial measures.

本文是作者对锡盟退化草场综合治理各试验区的主要建群种羊草(Aneurolepidium Chinense)根际土壤微生物生物量的初步研究。试验结果证明:在退化羊草草场进行围栏封育、翻耕或耙地补播牧草等人工措施均可提高牧草根际土壤微生物生物量,而且根际土壤微生物生物量的变化趋势与植物地上生物量、根际土壤酶活性和根际土含水量等基本一致。由此可见:在退化羊草草地中采取围栏封育等人工措施,对它的恢复和治理均能起到良好的效果。

A contrast analysis of the microbiol biomass of all kinds or soil microorganisms and plant above ground biomass on degenerative grassland dominated by Aneurole pidium chinense in all the test regions indicate that artificial measures such as enclosure,inside fence ploughing and sowing A.chinense, harrowing and sowing A.chinense have improved intensity of soil activity considerably, and increased productivity of degenerative grassland, too.This analysis also indicate that all the above-mentioned artificial...

We carried out a series of researches on the edaphic enzyme activity of the degenerative grassland in the Xilin River Basin, so as to supply some theoretical basis for the controlling of the degenerative grassland. The final results which detemined the edaphic enzyme activiiy of the degeverative grassland show: The edaphic enzyme activity of the grassland raised obviously after artificial measare. Especially after plowing and sowing seeds, the edaphic enzyme activity is the most active....

在中国科学院内蒙古草原生态系统定位站对退化草场土壤酶活性测定的结果表明,工处理(围栏封育等)对草场土壤酶活性有显著提高,尤其是翻耕补播羊草,其土壤酶活性最为活跃。这是因为人工处理后改善了土壤的理化状况。
