A new computing model for the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete is proposed. Not only the age of concrete, but also the temperature of concrete and the degree of hydration of cement are considered in this model. The method for determining the parameters in the formula from the laboratory test results or from the observed temperatures in the concrete structures is given. The temperatures computed by this model agree well with the test results.

针对目前常用的绝热温升表达式只考虑了混凝土龄期影响而使计算的温度场不能完全反映实际情况的问题,提出了不但可以考虑混凝土龄期的影响,还可以考虑混凝土温度的影响和水泥水化反应完成程度的影响且计算也较方便的混凝土绝热温升新的计算模型,并给出了如何根据实验资料决定计算参数的方法,以及根据工程实测温度进行反分析以求出计算参数的方法。实际算例表明,该计算模型具有相当好的计算精度。

The results show that the higher degree of hydration and more uniform in hydration were found in cement paste with polyacrylate SAP compared with the specimens without poly-(acrylate) SAP.The study suggests polyacrylate SAP could be used as a self-curing agent in HPC.

在新拌水泥浆中掺入不同数量的聚丙烯酸酯类高分子超强吸水剂(SAP),然后置于温度35℃、相对湿度10%的环境中养护56 d,再采用TG测量水泥浆的水化度并用XRD进行验证.结果表明,与未掺聚丙烯酸酯类SAP水泥浆相比,掺聚丙烯酸酯类SAP水泥浆的水化度更高,整体水化更均匀,因此聚丙烯酸酯类SAP可作为高性能混凝土的自养护剂.
