The average maximums of the BLA and the HR remain relatively high in each phase during the match. It reveals that the glycolic system dominates the energy supply in the Taekwondo match.

通过研究和掌握跆拳道比赛时间结构和能量代谢特点,为科学指导跆拳道训练提供重要理论依据,同时对提高运动成绩具有一定的实践意义。研究结果显示:跆拳道比赛时间结构特征明显,表现为整场比赛攻防次数多,时间非常短;攻防间步伐调整频繁,每次在6.9~7.19s之间;这种持续爆发性肌肉用力的项目特点要求运动员具备良好的高能磷酸原供能与较强的糖酵解供能能力;赛中的BLA和HR较高,表明糖酵解供能在跆拳道比赛中占据重要地位。
