In Taozhuang coal Mine, Shandnng the No. 2 coal seam mined with the hydraulic mining method is 800—1000m deep. Its roof strata is thick sandstone with high strength (its one dimensional compressive strength is 1300 kg/cm~2) and possessed of the property of accumulating ??the energy. The vertical stress of strata is above 600 kg/cm~2. Since the former hydraulic extracting procedures were not rational, coal bumps occurred frequently and the safety of the coal production was menaced seriously. In order to solve the problem, the authors have been invited to carry out the research work to reform the hydraulic extracting procedures since 1980. During these years, the authors closely co-operated with the Research Institute of Zaozhuang Mine Administration and Taozhuang Mine. They went through detailed study and practice in situ, meantime, they thoroughly studied the causes of coal bumps and the key problem of prevention of coal bumps by adopting the methods of similar material simulation and finite element computer simulation. The authors also studied and compared the results of the single back-water gate (single sublevel)centered production and the multi-back-water gate(multi-sublevel) combined production, etc. various hydraulicking proceduces. Finally, a rational hydraulic extracting procedure which can greatly reduce the disaster of coal bumps was found. This paper not only presents the results of the research work, but also describes the methods of predicting and forecasting the coal bumps in hydraulic extracting panel including inferring the location of the peak of the abutment pressures and the rock behavior of the main roof by using the maximum curvature point of the roadway's convergence curve and the regularity of a sudden change in abutment pressure oceurences before and after the cracking of the main roof. A basis for realizing successfully the reform of hydraulic extracting procedures has been established

山东省陶庄煤矿水采二号煤层采深为800~1000m;顶板为坚硬砂岩,单压强度为1300kg/cm~2,能够积聚能量。煤层上垂直压力可达600kg/cm~2。以上由于原开采程序不合理,冲击地压频繁发生,严重威胁安全生产。为了解决这个问题,作者自1980年起应邀进行了改革水采程序的研究,通过与枣庄矿务局科研所和陶庄煤矿的密切合作,在现场进行了详细的研究和实践。同时,通过相似材料模拟和电子计算机有限元模拟研究了冲击地压发生的原因和防治的关键。通过研究和比较单—水道开采和多水道联合开采等多种开采程序后,找到了能大幅度降低冲击地压危险的开采程序。本文不仅介绍了研究结果,还描述了冲击地压的预测方法,包括利用顶底板移近量曲线的曲率最大点测定支承压力的高峰位置和利用顶板断裂前后压力显现的变化规律预测老顶来压。从而,为实现改革开采程序奠定了基础。

Main results of study shows that because the top coal can cave easily in the gob and the casing height is large, when first slice is mined alone the bottom, the effect of main roof weighting to the working face decreases considerably, it is conducive to safe production when the roof of thick coal seam is very hard, The height of the fractured zone of the roof and the height of roof separation decrease when coal mining taken in ascending order, it is conducive to safe production under the roof strata which are water-saturated layers. The roofs of all slices except the last one are coal when coal mining is taken in ascending order, it can reduce the coal dilution. Especially for the condition of hrittle roof strata.

本文在现场实测的基础上,利用相似材料模拟实验方法,对厚煤层恒底开采和下行分层开采的矿压显现规律进行了对比研宄。研究结果表明:恒底开采第一分层时,由于顶煤易在采空区冒落,冒高较大,因此老顶来压时对采场的影响程度明显减小,这对于厚煤层坚硬顶板条件下的安全生产是十分有利的;恒底开采时,顶板裂隙扩展范围较小(裂隙带高度减小),并能减小顶板出现离层的高度,因此,有利于顶板含水层下(或地表水下)安全生产;恒底开采时,除最后一个分层外,各分层工作面的顶板均为煤体,因此可以减少煤炭含矸率,当煤层顶板较破碎时,其效果更明显
