There are three forms of aerobics,fitness aerobics,performing aerobics and sporting aerobics.The research on fitness aerobics and sporting aerobics are given more attention while research on performing aerobics is usually ignored.In recent years,as the living conditions of people are improved,the campus culture in colleges is bloomed greatly.As a result,the use of the performing aerobics is increasing.Evidences show that the performers are weak in basic pose,music attainment,action...

There are three forms of aerobics,fitness aerobics,performing aerobics and sporting aerobics.The research on fitness aerobics and sporting aerobics are given more attention while research on performing aerobics is usually ignored.In recent years,as the living conditions of people are improved,the campus culture in colleges is bloomed greatly.As a result,the use of the performing aerobics is increasing.Evidences show that the performers are weak in basic pose,music attainment,action power and expressive force though they are qualified in physical harmony and imitational capacity.After referring to relative data and many years of teaching experiences,the author of this paper points out the significance of these problems and proposes solutions against the problems here for the purpose of discussion in order to further develop and popularize the use of aerobics.

随着物质生活条件不断的改善 ,高校校园文化的繁荣 ,表演性健美操的应用也越来越频繁。基层表演的队员身体协调性、动作模仿能力方面都基本过关 ,但基本姿态、音乐素养、动作力度、表现力等方面的素质急待进一步提高。本文提出了解决这一问题的训练方法与建议。
