In the paper, we introduce the method of measuring flooding rate and experimental apparatus. Through analysis of large experimental data and calculation, we put forward formulae of flooding rate, which apply in commonly used reciprocating condensers. Besides we modity the flooding rate formulae posed by the Pre Soviet scholar Alekseev that can be suit for special cases. In addition, we point out the factors that affect the flodding rate and the way to increase the flooding rate.

各工业部门中广泛应用的往返式冷凝器存在着液阻现象 ,其液阻速度直接影响冷凝器的效率和安全运行。本文介绍了测定液阻速度的方法和实验装置。通过对大量实验数据的分析和计算提出了通用的计算往返式冷凝器内液阻速度的实验公式 ,并对原苏联学者 Alekseev提出的计算特殊情况下的液阻速度公式进行了修正 ,同时指出了影响液阻速度的因素以及提高液阻速度的途径

On the basis of tests and by using a two-phase fluid analytical model set up was a flow analysis model for steam-condensate return flow in a reciprocating condenser. A corresponding Matlab computation program was prepared and developed. Moreover, on the basis of the condition of initial values measured and obtained from the tests a numerical simulation was conducted of the relevant flow field along with an analysis of the computation results. The results of the analysis indicate that the share occupied by the cross-section steam phase gradually increases along the tube length direction. Steam-liquid two-phase flow speed decreases gradually along the tube length direction. Under an identical pressure when inclination angle β equals 90°, a liquid film will have the thinnest value, and the variation of the two-phase flow speed along the tube length becomes very conspicuous. With the inclination angle β being 90° the liquid film thickness will gradually decrease with a decrease in pressure.

倾斜往返式冷凝器采用冷凝回流的方式来完成蒸汽的冷凝过程 ,本文在试验的基础上 ,采用两流体分析模型 ,建立了往返式冷凝器内蒸汽冷凝回流的流动分析模型 ,编制开发了相应的Matlab计算程序 ,并根据试验测得的初值条件 ,对其流场进行了数值模拟 ,并对计算结果进行了分析。结果表明 ,截面汽相所占有的份额沿管长方向逐渐增大 ;汽液两相流速沿管长方向逐渐减小 ;在相同压力下 ,当倾角 β =90°时 ,液膜最薄 ,两相流速沿管长的变化最为显著 ;当倾角一定时 ,随着压力减小 ,液膜厚度也逐渐减小

Flooding existing in vertical reciprocating condenser is analyzed,the study on the flooding in reciprocating condenser under vertical condition is performed by using the two-fluid model,and a mathematical model for calculating the flooding rate is obtained.A comparison between the calculation result and the test result is made.It shows that the two results are similar.

分析了垂直往返式冷凝器存在的液阻现象,采用两流体模型对往返式冷凝器在垂直状态下的液阻进行研究,得出计算液阻速度的数学模型。将计算结果和试验结果进行比较,表明2种结果相近。
