The traditional iron-concentrated pellet production method for ironmaking is oxidizing roasting. It has been shown in present paper that the catastrophic swelling of sodium-additional pellet during reduction can be eliminated by using magnetic roasting method to treat sodium-additional titanomagnetite green pellet. The proper technological parameters of magnetic roasting and desulphuration of such pellet were found out through laboratory experiments. The proper technological parameters of magnetic roasting and desulphuration of such pellet were found out through laboratory experiments. After magnetic roasting with mixed gas (CO/CO_2=1/99-8/92) the S content of pellet was reduced to 0.01~0.3% and the desulphuration rate reached 96~99%. The laboratory results were proved by the teste conducted in a φ350×6200mm rotory kiln of magnetic roasting of sodium-additional titanomagnetite green pellet.

炼铁习惯上将铁精矿球团进行氧化焙烧。本文研究说明,钒钛磁铁矿钠化球团磁铁矿化焙烧能彻底解决钠化球团灾难性膨胀问题,解决了钒钛磁铁矿钠化球团磁铁矿化焙烧的条件,特别是脱硫问题。实验室研究表明,当用CO/CO_2=1/99~8/92混合气体使钠化球团磁铁矿化焙烧时,球团中硫顺利脱除到0.01~0.03%,脱硫率达96~99%,在φ350×6200mm回转窑扩大试验的结果,完全证实了实验室的研究结果,破除了磁铁矿化焙烧不能脱硫的观点。

The production methods, techuological and economic indexes of MTBE are introduced. Several problems such as reaction conditions, types of reactor, azeotropism etc. in the MTBF process are also discussed. Utilizing the bucket reactor and pressure distillation in commercial plants have advantages.

介绍了MTBE的制取方法,技术经济指标,并对MTBE工艺中的反应条件、反应器型式及共沸等问题进行了初步讨论。利用蒸汽裂解抽余油及催化裂化提供的C_4为原料,采用相应的流程制取MTBE是可行的,经济的。为扩大原料来源,应开发新的技术路线。认为,降低MTBE合成工业成本的关键是降低原料消耗。以筒式反应器作为大工业生产装置中的反应器并采用加压精馏具有优越性。
