There were less inadaptive responses in the secondary nursing students than in the baccalaureate standard (BSN)( P < 0.05 ) and college nursing students ( P <0.05) ; The Basic Physiologic Needs and the Role Mastery were not significantly difference among different level nursing students ( P >0.05); The difference in the self-Concept and in the interdependence was significant ( P <0.01). There were less inadaptive responses in the secondary nursing students than the BSN( P < 0.05 ) and college nursing students ( P <0.05) in the Self-concept; there were more inadaptive responses in the BSN than that in the college ( P <0.05) and secondary( P <0.01) nursing students,and the difference was not significant among the college nursing students and secondary nursing students in the Interdependence. Therefore,different education for different level students in the nursing practice is necessary.     为研究护生在毕业实习期的适应状况 ,提高实习效果 ,以Roy适应模式论作为理论框架 ,对北京 3所医科大学 2 33名不同层次护生进行了调查。结果表明 :不同层次护生在毕业实习期均存在不适应反应 ,不同学历间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,中专护生不适应反应少于本科 (P <0 .0 5 )及大专护生 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,在生理需要及角色功能方面 ,不同学历间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,在自我概念方面 ,不同学历间存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,中专护生少于本科(P <0 .0 1)及大专 (P <0 .0 5 )护生 ,在互相依赖方面 ,不同学历间存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,本科护生多于大专 (P<0 .0 5 )及中专 (P <0 .0 1)护生 ,大专与中专护生间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。据此 ,护理教育者及临床带教老师对不同层次护生在毕业实习期有必要采取不同形式的教育及引导 ,以促进护生更顺利地适应毕业实习

    Objective: to find out the accomplishment intention level of female students in the specialty of TCM and to study factors influenced the accomplishment intention level. Methods: a total of 148 female students in TCM school of Wan county who were studying in the specialty of nursing were selected. Their accomplishment intention level was compared with both college students in specialty of medicine in the same grade and those nursing school students in the same grade. Accomplishment intention scale and study effect contributing factors investigation forms were used in the survey. The outcome was analyzed via ttest.Results: in terms of accomplishment intention, there was no statistical difference between female college nursing students in specialty of TCM and those college students in specialty of medicine. College female nursing students of the TCM specialty have higher accomplishment intention than those nursing school students. They also have higher internal contributing tendency. Conclusions: college level nursing students in the specialty of TCM long for the success of TCM nursing cause. They are confident with learning the specialty knowledge. And they have clear target of learning.

    目的 :了解中医高护专业女生成就动机水平 ,研究影响成就动机水平的因素。方法 :以本校中医高护专业 14 8名在校女生为对象 ,与相同年级医疗专业大专生和中专护生进行比较 ,采用成就动机量表及学习成效归因调查表进行调查 ,结果进行t检验。结果 :中医高护专业女生成就动机水平与其他专业大专生差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但高于中专护生 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且具有较高的内归因倾向。结论 :中医高护女生对中医护理事业充满着成功的渴求 ,对学好专业知识充满信心 ,对学习目标定位准确

Meantime, the written assignments were evaluated. Results: nursing students thought that it was very important to do written assignment. It may promote the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. It may also enhance the problem-analyzing ability of college nursing student. To have written assignments may accelerate the form of viewpoint on value in these students. It can also improve their writing abilities. Conclusions: to assign written assignments in the course of college nursing students teaching may improve their practice effects.
