利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应和电致伸缩效应构成的微位移器,在工程实际中得到日益广泛的应用。但人们对微位移器的特性的研究和了解却非常有限,本文根据笔者在进行机床主轴回转误差补偿中使用各种压电微位移器的研究和实验结果,分析了微位移器的动、静态特性,指出了压电微位移器在工程应用中应该注意的一些基本问题。

By using piezoelectric effect and anti-piezoelectric effect,the piezoelectric sensors and actua-tors can be obtained. Now,the applications of these devices to active vibration and noise Controls have become a new research field in vibration and noise control engineering. This paper summarizes recent development about this field. Some problems which should be taken into account in future research are also presented.

A kind of precise and controllable micro-actuator for error compensation has been developed using anti-piezoelectric effect of ceramics in this paper. Its static and dynamic properties have been perfected throuhg experimental test and the micro-actuator can be used as executive component in compensation control systems of cutter wear.heat distortion or spindle rotation error. Furthermore.it can be applied to the micro-feed device of precision lathe.

利用压电陶瓷逆压电效应研制成功了精密可控误差补偿微位移器.经试验测试,其静动态特性均达到理想程度,可以作为执行件用在刀具磨损、热变形以及主轴回转误差等补偿控制系统中,也可用作精密车床的微进给装置.
