In view of underground mining,an ore-rock stability evaluation was taken combining the fuzzy-grey-element,on the parameters that are capable to reflect ore-rock stability.Based on fuzzy-matter-element theory,grey system theory and correlation function calculation,a fuzzy-grey-element model is set up for evaluating ore-rock stability.And a fuzzy-grey-element of correlative coefficient is constructed by correlative transformation and processing the optimal subordinate degree.The combinational weight coefficient of evaluation index was decided by combining summation normalization method with entropy method.A fuzzy-grey-element evaluation was also taken on the grade of ore-rock stability and the sequence from good to bad at Shaba Fields of Kaiyang phosphorite Mine by calculating correlation and adopting maximum correlation theory.Results obtained are all satisfactory.

Focusing on working-state recognition of Texaco coal gasification system,combining information entropy,fuzzy mathematics and matter-element analysis theory,the evaluating index system based on nine factors of influence on coal gasification was proposed,and a new approach on the basis of the information entropy fuzzy matter-element analysis for evaluating working-state was established.Then this model is applied to measured data.Through calculating the information entropy values of evaluating working-state and constructing a BP neural network with trained samples,the paper achieves comprehensive evaluation of working-state for Texaco coal gasification system,with the calculation of weight adopting the occurrence statistic iterative method.The evaluating result shows agreement with the values by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The proposed principle and the method are suitable for operating stability analysis of other coal gasification systems.

针对德士古煤气化系统运行状态识别问题,将信息熵、模糊数学与物元分析理论相结合,提出了以氧碳原子比、气化炉温度、气化炉烧嘴压差、气化炉渣口压差、单炉产气量、出口煤气有效成分、产气率、烧嘴寿命和炉砖使用寿命为基础的评价指标体系,建立了基于信息熵模糊物元的德士古煤气化系统运行状态描述模型,采用集值统计迭代法计算各指标的权重,并应用神经网络模型做出判别,实现对运行状态的识别.通过对实际工况的分析,取得了较好的效果.所得结果与模糊综合评价法基本一致,验证了本文提出的方法是合理的.其原理和方法也适用于其他煤气化系统的运行状态识别分析与评价.

To provide reliable evidences for determining the mining technology and ground pressure control in stopes and based on the principle of fuzzy matter-element analysis,the composite fuzzy model of matter-elements for evaluating the underground stope stability is constructed.This model,regarding the classifications of stope stability as the objects of matter-element M,includes all evaluation indexes C and the corresponding fuzzy values μ(x).In order to avoid the subjectivity and randomness in ascertaining factor weight,the methods based on information entropy and expert-giving-marks method are used in combination to determine the integrative factor weight of the evaluation indexes.According to the results of dependent degree and the maximal dependent degree principle,the stope stability in Tonglüshan Mine was comprehensively evaluated.The results show that the fuzzy matter-element analysis method is efficacious and feasible to evaluate the stope stability,providing a new thoughtway for evaluating the stability of rock mass.

为给矿山开采工艺与采场地压控制方法的决策提供可靠依据,在模糊物元分析原理的基础上,构造了地下采场稳定性的复合模糊物元评价模型.该模型包括物元的事物M(采场的稳定性分类等级),各项评价指标C及其相应的模糊量值μ(x).为避免权重确定的主观随意性,采用了熵权法与专家打分法相结合来确定评价指标的综合权重.最后根据关联度的计算结果与最大关联度原则,实现了对铜绿山矿采场稳定性等级的综合评判.评价结果表明:采用模糊物元分析法进行采场稳定性评价是有效可行的,为岩体稳定性评价提供了一条新的思路.
