The software system is faunctionally equal to a postprocessor program plus a softwarized NC controller. An on-line automatic measurement of the machined part was made after machining and the data-processing along with the precision examination of the machined part by using a sotware package via computer network shows the readers the status of an up-to date CNC system.

It can be automatically linked up from open loop into closed loop controlling smoothly. It has overtemperature and trouble alarm, printing record and large screen display. When the measuring system of temperature is in trouble, it can maintain the furnace at the same temperature as that before the trouble occurs so that the furnace is still in good service. This system has solved the problem of temperature controlling for high temperature sintering furnaces by computer. Furthermore, this system is suitable not only for high temperature tungsten bars furnaces, but also for intermediate frequency furnaces and medium and small power furnaces.

根据调节方式,把压力AGC分成三类:BISRA型;测厚计型和动态设定型。动态设定型与BISRA型相比较,具有响应速度快,可变刚度范围宽,与监控和预控等厚控系统相容无相互干扰等优点。动态设定型和BISRA型都有辊缝闭环,它们抗系统参数变化能力和在工业轧机上易实现,大大优于测厚计型。动态设定型变刚度厚控方法巳成功地应用在第一重型机器厂的Φ90/Φ200×200mm的四机架冷连轧机上。
