Based on the geochemical property of U and Th, the possibility to process the data of regional gamma-ray spectrometry and its practical application have been studied by means of the characteristic parameters of "paleo-uranium abundance" , "activated uranium", "relative migration coefficient" , and etc.. The CBIL instrument is a new generation of logging tool,using microelectronics,digital telemetry systems,and acoustic transducer technology. As the tool is pulled up the borehole,a rotating transducer operating in pulse echo mode is scanning the entire circumference of the well. The transducer sends a sound pulse to the borehole wall and receives the reflected acoustic pulse from that portion of the formation. The CBIL instrument is a new generation of logging tool,using microelectronics,digital telemetry systems,and acoustic transducer technology. The transducer sends a sound pulse to the borehole wall and receives the reflected acoustic pulse from that portion of the formation. For each sound pulse,two parameters are measured and recorded: the amplitude of the reflected acoustic peak and the travel time of the reflected acoustic signai. The transducer rotates 6 times per second,aquiring 250 amplitude and travel time samples per revolution. The CBIL data are recorded in the scanning mode for full coverage of type borehole wall. The logging speed is typically about 3m/min.An advanced postprocessing computer programme can generate well site plots in black,white and gray tone images. The images can identify porosity type,bedding characteristics,and petrophysical parameters.Besides that,the images can visually quantify the area of a borehole wall occupied by fractures and vugs.The images can be used in well-to-well comparisons for prediction of lateral and vertical facies changes,confirmation of the sedimentary environment,and reservoir characterizaiton. This paper also describes the examples of runing the CBIL,together with gamma ray spectral instruments and six-arm dipmeter tool,to detect the borehole geometry,thin beds,fracture and porosity.

Natural gamma ray spectral log is a new type of well logging method.This paper analyzes the application cases of the natural gamma ray spectral log data in cased well in several oil regions in Shengli oil field. The significance of these data during oil field development is described in the following research areas:channeling outside casing.amount of water intake in water-injection zone,determination of watered-out zone and classification of the watered-out degree,division of reservoir,and determination of reservoir properties, determination of the mudstone intercalation,clay contents and clay type. Combined with other data , they provide important means in the research of reservoir change and distribution of remaining oil saturation.

自然伽马能谱测井是一种新的测井方法。该文主要针对胜利油田的多个油区的套管井自然伽马能谱测井资料的应用实例进行了分析,指出它在开发过程中对研究管外窜槽、注水层的吸水量、判断水淹层和划分水淹级别、划分储集层和判断储集层性质、划分油层中的泥岩夹层、确定泥质含量及粘土类型等方面的重要作用。在综合其它测井方法后,能对研究储层变化、寻找剩余油分布等提供重要的手段。
