The relative bioavailability of 5-Fu from the tablets was 18.46% of that from the dry syrup.Also, an experimental dose of capsule or tablet containing 100 mg Ft-207 per Kg of rabbit was administered orally. The blood concentrations of Ft-207 after administration were estimated as above. The main metabolite, 5-Fu, was previously separated from Ft-207 by extraction with chloroform at pH 2. The relative bioavailability of Ft-207 from the tablets was estimated as 51.52% of that from the capsules. The concentrations of 5-Fu were liberated from the capsules much more than from the tablets.

本文采用氟离子(F~-)选择电极法,通过薄层层析分离测定了家兔口服5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)干糖浆及其复方片剂的血药浓度曲线;通过溶剂提取法测定了家兔口服喃氟啶(Ft-207)胶囊及其片剂后的血药浓度曲线。5-Fu复方片剂的相对生物利用度为干糖浆的18.46%。Ft-207片剂中Ft-207原药的相对生物利用度为胶囊的51.52%,二种剂型在血液中所释放的5-Fu浓度亦以胶囊为多。
