In this paper, the auther reviewed the state-of-the-art of the ground control techniques in Chinese metal mines. It includes seven topics. ( 1 )Gronud control in mined-out-area: two methods are used, namely, caving the surrounding rocks and filling with waste rocks or tailings. ( 2 )The support and reinforcement of rock: the rock bolt or rock boltwith shotcrete are used to replace the conventional timber support in underground openings. ( 3 )The measurement and the computation of stress in rock mass: the direct strain measurement with the overcoring technique is used to determine the absolute stress in the rock. The improved technique involves measuring strains at three points arround the periphery of a borehole. ( 4 )Derelopment of new mining methods: the recovery of the safety pillar under river bed, using cemented and sand fill mining at Xikaungshan Mine and developing under cut and cemented fill mining method with high slices at Jinchuan Mine are presented in this section. ( 5 )The reinforcement of rock slope and investigation on slope stability: this part includes the use of long pre-stressed rock bolts (steel cables) for reinforcing rock slope to prevent rock blocks form falling, which are discrete form the main rock mass by joint. The analysis of slope deformation with finite elements method is also presented. ( 6 )Failure prediction: this is is done by monitoring the fall of wall rock with rock noise probe.( 7 )Strata displacement: observation of strata displacments at Xikuangshan Mine and some tungsten mines.

本文回顾了我国金属矿山岩层控制的现状和技术,并从以下七个方面进行评述:(1)采空区处理—应用两种处理方法,即崩落围岩和外来材料充填;(2)岩石支护和加固—应用锚杆和喷锚支护取代传统的木支架支护;(3)岩体应力测量和应力计算—利用套孔法直接应变测量的方法,以确定岩石的绝对应力,且改进后的这种测量技术可以测定一个钻孔周边的三点应变;(4)寻求新的采矿方法—介绍锡矿山应用胶结和水砂充填开采河床保安矿柱和金川采用高进路下向分层胶结充填采矿法;(5)边坡加固和稳定性研究—包括通过加固边坡防止由节理分割的弧立岩体的崩落和用有限元法进行边坡变形分析;(6)危险预报—应用岩音控制器监测围岩崩落;(7)岩层移动—介绍锡矿山和若干钨矿的岩层移动观测结果。

In recent years waste cemented fill mining method was rapidly and widely introduced in internal and external mines because of its many advantages such as high filling effeciency, low filling cost etc. But this mining method is mainly suitable for steep dipping thick and large ore bodies where vertically downword transport of filling material is possible. Steep inclined thin ore bodies have a large proportion in metal mines in China. When utilizing waste cemented filling in thin ore body mining, downward transport charactdri-stics of filling material and filling technolorgy are quite different from those in thick ore body mining. In Yuerya gold mine field simulating test was conducted with orthogonal test method, and the results and main influence factors were analysed. On the basis of this rational fill composition and rational filling technolorgy were recommended.

近年来块石胶结充填法以其充填效率高、充填成本低等优点,迅速在国内外得到广泛应用。但该充填工艺尚主要用于急倾斜厚大矿体,充填料为垂直下放。中国倾斜薄矿体在金属矿山中占有较大的比例,而此类矿床应用块石胶结充填时其充填料下放特性和充填工艺与厚矿体的相比,有很大的差别。本文针对所述问题,在峪耳崖金矿采用正交试验方法,进行了现场模拟试验,并对试验结果及主要影响因素进行了分析,在此基础上,推荐了合适的材料配比与合理的充填工艺。

In recent 10 years,Changsha Institute of Mining Research has cooperated with over 100 mining enterprises to carry out R & D of mining technology,achievements transformation and technical service,gained 48 national,provincial and ministerial prizes for science and technology,made a grand technical breakthrough in wasteless mining of metal mineral deposits,cemented fill mining and waste rock filling,deep mining,in-situ solution mining,combination of open-pit and underground mining and so forth,given impetus to technical advancement in mining industry and made a great contribution to bringing about a technical advance in mining industry in China.

近10年中,长沙矿山研究院与100多家矿山企业合作开展了采矿技术的研究开发、成果转化和技术服务,取得48项国家和省部级科学技术奖,在金属矿床无废开采、胶结充填采矿与矿山废料充填、深井开采、原地溶浸采矿、露天与地下联合开采等方面取得了重大技术突破,推进了采矿行业的技术进步,为促进我国采矿技术进步作出了重大贡献。
