It has been found that the biological properties of PHEMA-PMB are as good as we expected.16 patients with chronic denture pain associated with complete or single complete dentures were selected for lining treatment with PHEMA-PMB.After 3—6 month application to the patients, no hazard was observed; to a certain degree, masticatory pain relieved and chew efficiency improved. In addition, PHEMA-PMB is helpful to the retention of the dentures.If the mechanical strength of the material is improved further, it is possible that the material will become an ideal soft denture lining material.

本文的第一部分报道了复合亲水性义齿软衬材料——聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯甲基丙烯酸甲酯丙烯酸丁酯(PHEMA-PMB)生物学性能的评价结果。试验项目包括溶血,急性全身毒性,皮肤致敏、致突变及粘膜刺激等。试验结果表明,PHEMA-PMB无明显的急性毒性和局部刺激性,其致敏性及致突变性亦呈现阴性结果,可见PHEMA-PMB有着较好的生物学性能。 第二部份报道了16例上、下颌牙列缺失或单颌牙列缺失伴有慢性粘膜压痛患者,经PHEMA-PMB软衬修复治疗和活疗后3~6月不等的随访观察结果。未发现PHEMA-PMB引起粘膜刺激或致敏反应;可见PHEMA-PMB对于治疗义齿性粘膜压痛及恢复患者的咀嚼功能有着一定的效果,并能提高义齿的固位力。观察发现PHEMA-PMB衬层出现程度不等的磨损。可见其机械强度仍有待进一步提高。

To reduce the visiting times and to restore the masticate function immediately, we took the following measures. Methods The hard area of alveolar bone was relieved on the gypsum model; Selective ground for occlusal correction to make occlusal stress be distributed equally on the mola to attain oclusal equilibration; The margin of thedenture base was suitably extended; Stabilized the denture. Results 19 of 31 full demure and 31 of 45 removable partialdemure has been not modified. Conclusion The method described above is effective to successfully prepare demure.

目的为减少初戴可摘义齿患者的修改次数甚至达到不复诊修改,使义齿能尽早地行使功能。方法作者对76例患者,采用①在石膏模型缓冲硬区;②作精细的选磨调,使义齿力均匀地分布在每个后牙上,同时达到正中及非上中的咬合平衡;③基托边缘适度伸展,稳定义齿。结果31例全口义齿中19例,45例局部义齿中31例.均未进行修改。结论采用上述方法可达到上述目的。
