According to the reguirements of economical benefit of manufacturing and repairing welded steel structures, as well as their safety in operation, some suitable appraisable standards had been suggested one after another in the recent years, the idea of "allowable crack length" was paid more attention to. But the current calculating method is based on the wide plate tests of the parent matel by considering the effects of welding, the results thus obtained are quite different from each other. In this paper, by the aid of a series of as-weld wide plate tension tests with different size of crack lengths made before welding, curves showing the relation between the crack opening displacement (COD) and the strain of the through crack in the 45Kg grade Chinese 15 MnVN steel plates are obtained, Analyses of the yielding conditions of different wide plate specimens under the action of external loads with various 2a/w values (crack length/plate width) are made. From these, the calculating formulas that can be used directly for determinning the allowable crack length in the welded structures are derived. During the experiment, An acoustic emission device was used to keep watch on the crack opening condition, when the cracks are in the field of residual stresses and under the influence of thermal strain ageing.

根据焊接结构制造和检修的经济效益及使用安全性的要求,近年来“合于使用的焊接缺陷评定标准”相继提出,“裂纹容限”的概念也日益受到重视。但现行的计算方法是用母材宽板试验再引入焊接因素的影响,因而所得结果差异较大。本文通过具有不同尺寸焊前予制裂纹的焊态宽板拉伸试验,做出了屈服强度为45kg级的国产15MnVN钢穿透裂纹尖端张开位移(COD)与应变(e)的关系曲线,分析了各种裂纹长比板宽(2a/W)不同的宽板试件在载荷作用下的屈服状态,确定出可以直接用于焊接结构的裂纹容限计算公式。同时利用声发射装置监视了处于焊接残余应力场中并经受热应变时效作用的裂纹开裂情况。

The surface cracks in welded structures are assessed and investigated directly by the wide plate test according to the general yielding criteria and COD parameter. It is worth noting that the safety of structures with welded surface cracks cannot be assessed by the COD concept reasonably, and that the general yielding criterion is a most valuable tool for the surface defects. It gurantees a strength equal to the yielding strength and a good overal plastic deformation.

本文通过宽板拉伸试验,根据全面屈服准则和COD参量直接研完和评定了焊接构件中的表面裂纹。指出依据COD概念不能合理地评定和保证具有表面裂纹构件的安全性,而全面屈服准则是评定构件表面缺陷的有力工具。因为他不但保证构件具有不低于屈服限的强度,而且还具有良好的塑性。本文同时还详细地讨论了低温对表面裂纹极限尺寸的影响,

The critical crack dimensions 2acr of the weld metals were determined by tensile test in terms of the general yielding criterion. From statistical calculations of the experimental data, the most remarkable factors affecting 2acr were found and the best statistical distribution of 2acr was obtained.

为了应用概率断裂力学方法对焊接构件进行安全评定,本研究主要揭示缺陷评定参(?)的统计规律性。用随机抽取的J506、J507焊条焊接16Mn钢板,然后制备接头焊缝中心具有裂纹的宽板试件。通过拉伸试验、依据全面屈服准则确定接头焊缝金属的临界裂纹尺寸2α_(cr);经过统计计算,发现影响2α_(cr)的最显著因子,获得了2α_(cr)服从的最优统计分布。
