The effects of COD_ Cr and rate of influent of restaurant wastewater on the overall effective mass transfer factor were studied experimentally. The results showed that a bigger overall mass transfer factor can be obtained at a higher COD_ Cr in influent of restaurant wastewater and further increased with the increase of wastewater flow rate.
