The investigation to 170 teachers in high schools turns out that some certain percent teachers experienced or are experiencing severe occupational burnout even though it is not severe on the whole, and it also indicates that it is more likely for women teachers, teachers in key high schools, and teachers having teaching experience of two or three years and from eleven to twenties...

The investigation to 170 teachers in high schools turns out that some certain percent teachers experienced or are experiencing severe occupational burnout even though it is not severe on the whole, and it also indicates that it is more likely for women teachers, teachers in key high schools, and teachers having teaching experience of two or three years and from eleven to twenties years to suffer emotional exhaustion. Unmarried teachers suffered more in depersonalization. Future investigation should focus on the interfering measures of preventing and releasing occupational burnout among teachers.
