The oxidation resistance of both aluminized steels containing titanium and aluminized 08F steel at 820℃ has been compared.

After being forged and hot rolled, the steel plates were cold rolled to plates 0.8mm in thickness. The effect of annealing parameters on the structure and property of the sheet steel was investigated in experiments. Having been annealed at 700℃, the steel sheets had the following mechanical properties:σ_v=420MPa,σ_b=530MPa,δ=31%, γ_m=1.5. The changes in tex t(?). before and after annealing were tested by means of x-ray analysis. Moreover, the precipitation of Fe_3p phase was observed under TEM; we found that the segregation of phosphorus and the dispersed distribution of Fe_3P particles are important factors for the development of textures.

The extraction-roasting process is a new technology for treatment of hydrochloric acid pickle liquor for cold rolled sheet steel.At first, free HCI will be separated from FeCI2 solution with TBP extraction, then the HCI obtained from stripping is recycled to pickling bath. The FeCL2 solution is processed to FeCL2·2H2O powder for roasting and regenerated to HCI, or alternatively, FeCl2 can be processed to other products for reuse in various areas. Compared with Ruthner and Lurgi process, the extraction-roasting process has the following advantages: low investment, easy operation and controlling as well as safety and flexibility. The corrosionresisting materials would be tackled easily and high quality ferrite might be produced. The technology will be especially fit for medium sized or small cold rolled sheet steel plant.

萃取-焙烧法是一种处理冷轧盐酸酸洗废酸的新方法。首先用磷盐三丁酯将游离盐酸与 FeCl2萃取分离,得到的盐酸返回酸洗线复用, FeCI2可制成 FeC2l·2H2O粉料焙烧再生盐酸,也可以进一步加工得到其它化工产品.实现冷轧废酸资源的综合利用。这一工艺过程较高温焙烧法投资低,便于操作和控制,安全性好,适应性强且材料问题易于解决,并可生产高质量的氧化铁,特别适合于中小型冷轧厂的废酸处理。
