本文通过空气中的孢粉调查,选用32种花粉对呼吸道过敏患者进行皮肤敏感试验,既阐明了南宁市空气中孢粉散布的基本规律,讨论空气中花粉含量与气候的关系,也明确了该市主要致敏花粉是蒿属、禾本科、藜科及桑科植物的花粉,为呼吸道过敏性疾病的预防、诊断及治疗提供了重要依据。

The plantsfrom which the pollen grains were producedwere arranged in a descenting orderof the number of diffused pollen grains asfollows: Morus alba L., Broussonetia papy-rifera...

EucalyptusL'Herit., Brassica campestris L., Platanusacerifolia(Ait.), willd. etc. The peaks ofspreading were in March, April, andSeptember. The pollen count in this area is lower thanthat in Beijing and Nanning, owing to thevariation in climatic conditions in theseplaces. Chengdu is located in the west ofSichuan basin. Its rainfall is abundant andthe wind is not so strong. All the pollens with great quantities in thisarea outlined above are allergenic, accordingto our data of clinic. From March to July1985, 70 patients showed positive skin testto pollens. The positive rates of pollens ofvarious plants were: Amaranthacea?(57.1%), Eucalyptus L'Herit (40%), Platanusacerifolia(Ait.) Willd. (40%), Ginkgo bilobaL. (30%), Brassica campestris L. (28.6%),etc. These data are different from that inBeijing where the pollen of Artemisia L.was found to be the most allergenic.

Wetook samples simultaneously in the city, as well as in the suburbs and at higher level,as well as at lower level in Zhengzhou. The results showed that the peaks ofpollen drifting and the kinds of pollen were similar, while the quantity of pollen was dif-ferent. In this paper, we discussed the relationship between pollen sensitinogen and theallergic diseases of the respiratory tract. The result of this study is a matter of greatsignificance in the diagnosis, and the prevention and treatment of the respiratory and otherallergic diseases.

为了调查郑州地区气传花粉的散布概况,掌握其飘散规律,我们进行了为期一年的曝片观察,共鉴定出气传花粉43种,春季以木本植物花粉为主,秋季以草本植物花粉为主。在郑州地区空气中全年均有花粉散布,且3~5月份和8~9月份出现两次花粉飘散高峰,然而气传花粉的含量受气象因子影响很大。我们分别在市区和郊区、高处和低处同时取样,观察结果表明花粉种类和飘散高峰基本一致,只是花粉数量不同。文章还讨论了气传花粉的致敏性以及与呼吸道过敏性疾病的关系,这对于诊断和防治呼吸道及其它过敏性疾病具有十分现实的意义。
