We observed 459 cases of common stomach diseases by gastroscopy and inspection of tongue. We analysed the information we got and combined with the special situation at plateau.We suggested that the characteristics of fur of common stomach diseases in this district is greasy fur. We observed 459 cases of common stomach diseases by gastroscopy and inspection of tongue. We analysed the information we got and combined with the special situation at plateau.We suggested that the characteristics of fur of common stomach diseases in this district is greasy fur. The inflammatory reaction not only related to yellowish fur but also to crimson tongue. Exfoliative fur is useful in differential diagnosis. From the extravasated purple tongueand abnormal hypoglossus vein points of view, the extent of blood stasis of four kind of stomach disease divided into three group from serious to mild. That is stomach cancer; stomach ulcer and chronic atrophic gastritis; chronic superficial gastritis. The results showed that blood stasis is one of the basic cause of common stomach diseses in this district.

本文通过本地区459例常见胃病胃镜象与舌象的观察所得资料,并结合高寒地区特点进行分析后提出:本地区常见胃病的舌苔以腻苔为特点。胃病炎症反应不能完全拘于黄苔之说,而似于红绛舌有关。剥苔在胃病方面有一定鉴别诊断价值。从瘀紫舌和异常舌脉看,四种胃病的血瘀程度由重到轻大致可分三级:即胃癌;溃疡病和慢性萎缩性胃炎、慢性浅表性胃炎,说明血瘀是本地区常见胃病的基本病机之一。

The function--related parameters of vascular endothelial cell (VEC) in the plasma of the 56 eases of thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO) and the 38 cases of healthy volun- teers as the control were detected. The results showed that tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) activity and 6-Keto-PGF_(lα)content significantly decreased and von Willebrand Facter (vWF) level fell in TAO group and every Zheng differentiation classification guoup of TAO (P<0.01). plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) activity had no mark increase...

对56例TAO患者血浆中VEC功能相关指标进行检测,以38例正常人作为对照。结果发现,TAO各辨证组t-PA活性及6-keto-PGF_(1α)。含量下降,vWF水平升高,具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。其中阴寒组和血瘀组PAI活性升高不明显(P>0.05),湿热组以PAI活性显著升高和6-keto-PGF(1α)含量进一步下降为特点,热毒组则以t-PA、PAI活性及6-keto-PGF_(1α)含量的进一步改变为特点。提示:TAO患者存在VEC抗血栓功能改变。

In this paper, a quantitative study of cytochemistry of LDH, MDH, G-6-PDH, ANAE, ACP, RNA and SH of the epithelial cells of common tongue furs of 117 cases had been determinated by microspectrophotometer. It was found that the changes above indexes of the normal thin white fur as well as pathological thin white fur, thick white fur, thin yellow fur, yellow thick fur, exfoliative fur and uncoated togue had a certain regularity, while it suggested that the cytochemical changes of the epithelial cells of tongue furs might be the main inner mechanism of the forming of different pathological tongue furs.

本文运用显微分光光度技术对117例常见舌苔舌上皮细胞内乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)、酸性酯酶(ANAE)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、核糖核酸(RNA)、巯基(-SH)等生物大分子活性物质的含量进行了定量对比分析,发现正常薄白苔、虚寒薄白苔及病理白厚、薄黄、黄厚、花剥、光剥舌苔在上述指标的变化上具有一定的规律性,从而提示舌上皮的细胞化学变化可能是不同病理舌苔形成的主要内在机制。
