It was used in plant-scale equipment and the amount of refinery water was 700 t/h. The properties of the produced residues and composition of filter cake from frame press were also investigated. The efficiency of HCA was compared with PAC-flocculant at same cst. The results show that the efficiency of HCA for removal of oil and COD is better than PAC, and amount of residues is one third as from PAC-flocculant. Water content is low and oil content is high in filter cake, that is beneficial to further tretment and utilize of residues. In addition, the effect of HCA on sewage from biochemical tretment was studied. The results show no inhibition for active sewage in wide range of HCA-dose. Therfore, the HCA-flocculant will be appliable in tretment of refinery water.

用聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(HCA)型高分子阳离子絮凝剂处理炼油废水(7OOt/h),考察了除油和化学耗氧量的动态变化规律。对产生的浮渣性质及滤饼的成份进行了研究。并且与聚合铝(PAC)的处理效果进行对照。研究结果表明,HCA除油和化学耗氧量的性能优于PAC,HCA产生的浮渣量是PAC的三分之一,而浮渣中的含油量则是PAC的三倍。由于滤饼中的含水量低、含油量高,便于深度处理利用。同时研究了HCA在“老三套”废水处理工艺对生化池活性污泥的影响。结果表明,HCA在较大剂量范围内对活性污泥细菌无杀伤和不良的作用。

It has been found that according to the optimal condition,after following a period of time,the results are true to those of reflux,the errors are not beyond 5%.The technique has advantages because of speediness and low consumption,and is adapt to measure refinery water when COD_(Cr) is at range of 150~2000 especially.
