64 Verticillium spp.were isolated from eggplants in Changchun and Baicheng during 1976 to 1978 in growing seasons.60 of them have black color while the other 4 have white color.According to their pathoge- nicity,the characters of morphology on prune agar plate,the reaction of temperature range,pH range,nutrient and iso-enzyme tests,all of them are identified to belong to the species Verticillium dahliae Kleb.It was found that there are two physiological groups,white and black. Eight fungicides and four antibiotics were used for screening during 1975 to 1982.Plot and large scale tests showed that MBC was the best one.The average effectiveness of plat tests was 71.78% for four years and of large scale tests was 74.29%.The yield were more than doubled. With thiophanate-methyl the average effectiveness of plat tests was 71.33% and of large scale tests was 61.16%.The yields were increased 73%. Antibiotic of Gong-Zhu-Ling also showed better result.It was applied at the seedling(5g/m~2 with 30 jin of soil)or transplanting stage and establishing stage(800~1000×water),the result was worse when it was applied during plant stage.MBC was sensitive to V.dahliae,5ppm might be enough for eontroling.Each plant co ntaind 44ppm of MBC after 40 days of appling.When soil containing MBC was applied during sowing season with irrigation during transplanting stage,each plant contained more than 10ppm of MBC after 20 days.

1976~1978年从长春、白城市郊田间病株分离到 Verticillium 共64株,其中产生黑色菌落的60株,白色菌落的4株,经过致病性、形态、梅干培养基上特性、温度、pH 值范围、营养和同功酶等测定。确定是 V.dahliae Klek.,并且有黑色和白色二种不同的类群或小种。1975~1982年用8种化学农药和4种生物农药筛选、小区试验和较大面积示范试验表明多菌灵和甲基托布津在苗期施药(每平方米药5克拌30斤土)或在移植期、定植期灌药防效都较好,前者小区平均防效为71.78%、较大面积示范平均为74.29%,并可增产一倍以上,后者小区平均防效71.33%,较大面积示范为61.16%。生物农药中公主岭霉素较好。多菌灵对 V.dahliae 敏感 5ppm 即有抑菌效果,施药后40天的幼苗体内多菌灵含量较多每株达44ppm。示范田中播期施药土移植期又灌根,在20天后即定值时仍测得幼苗内含有10ppm 以上的多菌灵。

The micromorphological characteristics of Verticillium spp. and anamorphs of Cordyceps spp. were investigated by using cryo- scanning electron microscopy (cryo-SEM ). 7 isolates were compared, which isolated from insects, rusts, plant and spider. The study indicates that high resolution micrographs of slime conidial heads and conidial chains of Verticillium can be derived by cryo-SEM, the morphological structures of V. lecanii from insects are different from that of V. lecanii from rusts.

在松材线虫病的病死木分离出的真菌中,松材线虫可以在无孢菌和待鉴定的3株有孢菌上大量繁殖.在曲霉、青霉、短梗单孢霉、头孢霉的菌落上不能大量繁殖,在木霉、轮枝霉的部分菌株的菌落上也不能大量繁殖.引入了8种木腐菌,毛柄金钱菌(Flammulinavelutipes),糙皮侧耳(Pleurotusostreaus),香菇(Lentinusedodes),黑木耳(Auriculariaauricula),拟管革裥菌(Lenzitestrabea),粘褶菌(Gloeophyllumtrabeum),洁丽香菇(Lentinuslepideus),杂色云芝(Polyporusversicolor),测试了它们对松材线虫种群增长的影响.结果表明,松材线虫可在其菌落上大量繁殖的只有毛柄金钱菌,而其他真菌都对松材线虫具有一定的抑杀作用,其中在粘褶菌和糙皮侧耳菌落上松材线虫完全不能存活.
