本文通过对工业纯铁、20钢、45钢、T8钢进行双层辉光离子W、Mo共渗,探讨了钢中含碳量的影响。结果表明,钢中或试件表面实际含碳量不同时,可形成不同的渗层组织。W、Mo元素渗入钢中将引起碳向渗层迁移,形成贫碳区。在W、Mo的渗入和表面阴极溅射共同作用下,试件表层产生脱碳现象,试件电压愈高,电流密度愈大,脱碳层愈深。
