That has proved to be correct after cutting the castings away . In consequence , the reliability of gray iron castings and their economical benefits may be obtained.

The 50~200 MHz high frequency-ultrasonic technique has been used to detectthe inclusive particles and metallic wires as defects within Si_3N_4 ceramic specimens,the diameters of the defects are as small as 40—50μm.In conjunction with X-raytechnique the depth and horizontal position of defects within the specimens can bedifferentiated.It has been found that the amplitude of pulses reflected from defectsis obviously influenced by the smooth finish of the incident surface of the specimen.So it remains difficult...

采用了50~200 MHz 的高频超声反射法技术,检测出含于 Si_3N_4试样中小至40~5μm 的夹杂颗粒及金属丝状缺陷。结合 X 射线探测技术,还判断出缺陷所处的深度和水平方位。但藉受入射表面光洁度影响的缺陷渡强度以判断缺陷的性质尚属难题。实验尚表明,电流导通法是验证 NDE 技术检出缺陷可信度的有效旁证手段。

A new analysis method for directly observing deep levels based on photo Hall transient measurement was developed,in which Schottky or p n junction or MIS structure is not necessary to be made. The measured parameters of defects were obtained at almost zero electric field. This method overcomes the influence of electric field, Debye tail,etc.on the characteristics of defects, so it can compensate the insufficiency of deep level transient spectroscopy.The capture barrier of DX center in Ga 0.7 Al ...
