The methods of chemical phase analysis of nickel, copper, iron and cobalt in copper and nickel anode plates used in nickel metallurgical process have been established. The major constituents in copper anode plate are copper and nickel (upto 99%). The constant current electrolysis was used for the seperation of metallic and sulfide phase. The phase analysis of nickel copper, iron and cobalt in nickel anode plate was carried out according to the selective dissolution procedure. The results are satisfactory, and the sum of sulphur contained in sulfides is in agreement with total sulphur content of the sample

本文对镍冶炼过程中的铜和镍阳极板中铜、镍、铁和钴的化学物相分析方法作了介绍。铜阳极板中主要含铜、镍两元素(占99%)。用恒电流电解法分离金属相与硫化物。镍阳极板中铜、镍、铁、钴四元素采用选择性溶解的方法。测定结果令人满意,硫化物的结果以试样中总硫量验算,结果一致。

The anode plate made of low Ag-Pb-Ca alloy is being applied into the production of EMM. It has advantages over the anode made of Ag-Sb-Pb alloy in lower cost, corrosion resistance and longer working time. However,it has a disadvantage of short-circuit effectively protected by compound anodes.

在电解法制锰时,阳极板中微量元素直接影响板的使用寿命和导电性能,其中主要有银和锑。文中用硝酸和酒石酸的混合酸处理样品 ̄[1],在不过滤的情况下直接测定,方法快速简便。通过试样分析及方法检验,结果满意。银和锑的加标回收率分别达105%,98%;标准偏差分别为0.0056,0.0013;相对标准偏差分别为2.1%,3.38%。
