根据电弧的伏安特性、电弧的能量、电弧间隙上的恢复电压和电弧在去离子栅灭弧室中运动等四个方面,从理论上分析电源频率对开关电器的影响.额定频率为50赫的低压开关电器可以应用于60赫的电路中,在60赫时较之50赫时,能开断较大的电流,其开断时间较短.理论分析与已有的试验结果是符合一致的.文中还讨论了电源频率对低压开关电器的力特性以及对机械寿命的影响.

In this paper, the electrostatic field of the arc-chute of the circuit breaker in SF6 GIS is calcu-lated using the finite element method. For 100%, 50% and 20% gap distances, the electric fields are calculated. The electric field distribution of the arc-chute and the field strength distribution on the contacts are given, the maximum stress is found at the arc area of the head of the steady contact. By these results, the optimum distribution of the electric field of the arc-chute may be brought about and the insulation problem is to be solved.

用有限元法对SF_6全封闭组合电器中断路器灭弧室静电场进行了数值计算。通过对触头分开距离为100%开距、50%开距和20%开距情况下的电场计算,获得了不同情况下灭弧室的电场分布情况和沿触头表面的电场强度分布情况,确定出最大电场强度在静触头头部的弧部处。本文的计算结果为对国外引进技术的消化、吸收,完成产品的国产化研究,即为实现灭弧室电场的最佳分布,进而为解决产品的绝缘问题提供了依据。

In the course of breaking, free gaseous fluid in arc-chute splashed out of case and caused flashover. The paper researches the mechanism of flashover; gives the improvement of DZ20 series mccbs and presents no-flashover mccbs.
