① Of all patients at convalescence, the TCM syndrome types were deficiency of kidney essence in 46 cases (30.9%), stagnation of phlegm in orifices in 38 cases (25.5%), collateral obstruction due to blood stasis syndrome in 27 cases (18.1%), hyperactivity of liver-yang in 23 cases (15.4%) and deficiency of both qi and blood in 15 cases (10.1%).
Results:The positive rate of BCR/ABL gene in the patient with both qi and yin deficiency,and the patient of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis was significantly higher than that in the patient of intense noxious heat type(P<0.01). After treatment,the positive rate of BCR/ABL gene in the patient of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis was higher than that in the patient with both qi and yin deficiency(P<0.05).
Results: 22 gynecologic difficult and complicated cases have been diagnosed timely and definitely by laparoscopy. Of the 22 cases, there are 7 cases of endometriosis, 8 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), 3 cases of pelvic vein stasis of blood, 3 cases of other diseases and 1 case of normal pelvic.
(METHODS): The rabbit model of acute soft tissue injury was established to value the effect of Fengtongling Liniment by measuring the swelling degree of suffered limb,tenderness,neutrophilic leukocyte count,the area of stasis of blood of hypodermis,percentage of muscle necrosis,and peripheral DA,NA, and 5-HT content.
Results showed that in either rabbits or patients, their vascular injury degree was more severe in needling length of 1.2 cm group than that in needling length of 0.6 cm group (P<0.01). Vascular injury included pain reaction to the infusion, vascular wall injury, circumvascular tissue with stasis of blood, and vascular occlusion.

The author considered that the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is the simultaneous existence of blood-stasis and damage of collaterals, and the pathological change of micrangium, disturbance of microcirculation, decrease of nerve growth factor and the decrease of Na + - K+ - ATP ase are one of the important basis.
