Results are summarized as follows; The annual wild soybeans were found from 29 counties in the east, west and north of Fujian, where the average precipitation per year was above 1 600mm , and the average temperature under 19 C- In this area, the correlation between the elevations and the latitudes where the wild soybeans growing was highly significant. The correlation of the wild soybeans growing latitude with the leave shaped and the seedcolor of wild soybeans were significant at 0. 01 and 0. 05 level, respectively, and its nega live correlation with growth period and the lip-content were highly significant. The 100-seed weight, protein content and the lip-content of wild soybeans growing within the district between 26N to 27N were higher than growing in other area. In order to use of those wild resourses, a proposed clasification of wild soybeans based on riping period, petaline-color, seed coat color and 100-seed weight was put forward.

Annual wild soybean (G. soja)distributes only in the eastern parts of Asia, which are located in the temperate zone. China is located in the major region of eastern Asia, thus the germplusm of wild soybean is aboundant. We found through investigation that the wild soybean distributed from Guangdong province (about 24°N) in the south to Heilongjiang river (52° 55' N) in the north of China. Especially in the of region 30°- 45°N, there are not only big colony, but also various types there.The limiting factors for wild soybean to alive is the mean temperature of warmest month below 20℃, and the annual precipitation below 300 mm. This speicies adapts to itself grow in the region with low humidity, such as both sides of the ditch, road and river.The stem of wild soybean is from 30 to 500 cm in height. There are two kinds of flowers, purple and white. The number of pads per plant is from 30 to 300. Photoperiod of the first flowering date is from 13.25 to 17.08 hours. Growth period is from 120 to 200 days. The colors of seed coat are black, brown, green, yellow, and so on, the weight of per hundrad-seed is from 1 to 5 gramms.

一年生野生大豆(G.soja)在世界上分布范围仅局限在东亚温带地区,中国地处东亚的主要部分,野生大豆资源非常丰富。考察表明:从南起北纬24°左右的广东、广西北部地区开始到北纬52°55’左右的黑龙江畔都有野生大豆。特别是在北纬30°至45°区域内,野生大豆不但分布广、种群大、类型也极丰富,是我国野生大豆多样性分布区。 野生大豆分布情况为我们提供了了解限制该种分布的因子和知识的条件。明确了对野生大豆生存起决定作用的因素是温度和湿度。凡是一年中最暖月平均溫度不足20℃或者年降水量不足300mm地区没有野生大豆。同样从小范围的地理、地形分布情况看,使我们了解到该种适宜生长在沟边、路旁、苇塘、河的两岸等低湿的环境中。物种是环境的产物,不同地区形成有与环境条件相适应的不同类型。我国野生大豆的茎秆长度从不足30cm到500cm以上;花色有紫色和白色两种;单株荚数从30-40个到2000-3000个;原产地始花期的光照时数从13小时15分到17小时5分之间;生育日数从120天到200天从上;种粒颜色及大小分化也很明显,种皮色有黑、褐、绿、黄、双色等,并分为有种衣和无种衣两种;百粒重从不足1g到5g以上。

A preliminary study on soybean trypsin inhibitor (SBTi) extracted from annual wild soybean (G.soja) and perennial wild soybean (G.tomentella, G. tabacina) was reported. From the seeds of 45° N G.soja, a purified SBTi was obtained and proved to belong to Ti b type of SBTi A2 through electrophoresis, molecular mass N terminal residues and trypsin inhibiting activity methods. A preliminary study on soybean trypsin inhibitor (SBTi) extracted from annual wild soybean (G.soja) and perennial wild soybean (G.tomentella, G. tabacina) was reported. From the seeds of 45° N G.soja, a purified SBTi was obtained and proved to belong to Ti b type of SBTi A2 through electrophoresis, molecular mass N terminal residues and trypsin inhibiting activity methods. It has been found that SBTi protein existed in both seeds of 24° N G.tomentella and G. tabacina, it was also found that SBTi has three protein bands which could combine with trypsin by PAGE,and have trypsin inhibitory activity by BAEE method. The three bands could be separated into two bands respectively by SDS PAGE. It reveals that the biochemical character of SBTi in perennial wild soybean was quite different from the annual wild one.

采用分离提取,电泳回收,PAGE,SDS-PAGE,亲和电泳和抑制活性测定等方法,对我国一年生和多年生野生大豆种子蛋白中的胰蛋白酶抑制剂(SBTi)进行了初步研究.在45°N 来源的一年生野生大豆(G.soja)中得到纯化的胰蛋白酶抑制剂.通过电泳迁移率、分子质量、末端分析和抑制活性等测定,证明为SBTi-A2的Tib型.从我国24°N 的2种多年生野生大豆多毛豆(G.tom entella)和胭豆(G.tabacina)种子蛋白中发现存在SBTi蛋白.PAGE显示各有3条谱带;亲和电泳证明这3条带均能与胰蛋白酶相结合;BAEE测定法证明它们均具有抑制胰蛋白酶的活性;经SDS-PAGE电泳发现这3条带均能各自再分离为2条带,且彼此分子质量相等.这些研究结果表现为胰蛋白酶同工抑制剂性质,明显区别于一年生的野生大豆和栽培大豆
