The experimental results show that final cooling temperature plays an important role on strength and plasticity of MSAS under condition of final cooling temperature range of 700~650℃, As and 16Mn MSAS posses better property combination of strength and plasticity; carbon equivalent(C_(eq)) influences the strengthening effect of A3 and 16Mn angle steels after controlled cooling, generally, the more carbon equivalent, the more strengthening effect; the mechanical properties of A3 MSAS can reach the level of mechanical properties of 16Mn angle steels when C_(eq)≥0.27 and final cooling temperature range of 700-650℃.
