The paper discusses hardware and software design of the thyristor DC-chopper trolley-bus microcomputer control system. The system can reliably perform the operations of starting, speed regulating, braking and weakening magneticfield for high speed. The test trolley-bus carrying with passengers has operated 6, 105 km with good results. There are links of braking air-pressure detection and runaway safeguard in the system. The increase of the motor vehicle has made urban highways and streets more congestd, and it is difficult to build or reform the highways and streets because of the limitation of geographical factor here. However, the way for dealing with the urban transport problem will develop the new mass transpoot system. The rail transit system is under planning.

Self-lubricating slider materials(MSLO)consisting of metal,solidlubricant and oil have been developed using powder metallurgy process.Comparing study onMSLO,GBM and iron base material(IBM)which is used as slider material of current colector ofelectromotive and preduced by the technology imported from abroad was performed.The results oflaboratory tests indicated that the coefficient of friction,wear rate and electrical resistan ce of MSLOare lower than that of GBM and IBM, and that the wear rate of the copper friction mating forMSLO is similar to that of the copper mating for GBM and lower than that of the copper mating forIBM. The test results of MSLO-Ⅰslider obtained from trolley-bus road running tests showed thatslider obtained from trolley-bus road running tests showed that its wear life was about nine timeslonger than that of GBM slider.The test results of MSLO-Ⅱ slider obtained from electromotiverailway running tests indicated that its wear life was at least one time longer than that of IBMslider.It is concluded that using MSLO to replace GBM and IBM in the practical applications of theslider on trolley-bus and electromotive has remarkable economical benefit.

目前,国内普遍使用的城市电车石墨滑靴的运行寿命只有两周左右,而且雨雪天气的运行寿命更短;电力机车受电弓石墨滑板的运行寿命仅为数百公里。针对这种情况,将电接触部件的干式润滑法与湿式润滑法结合起来,通过粉末冶金法研制出MSLO-Ⅰ和MSLO-Ⅱ两种金属-固体润滑剂复合含油材料。测试结果表明,MSLO系列材料的摩擦系数、磨损率和电阻率都比滑靴石墨材料和现用受电弓滑板材料的低。利用MSLO-Ⅰ和MSLO-Ⅱ材料分别制成的电车滑靴和电力机车受电弓滑板之行车试验结果表明,MSLO-Ⅰ滑靴的运行寿命比石墨滑靴的高10倍左右,而两者对架空铜线的磨损却基本相当;MSLO-Ⅱ滑板的运行寿命比现用受电弓滑板的高一倍以上,因此,MSLO系列材料在城市电车和电力机车上具有良好的应用前景。
