In this paper we use finite element method to obtain the numerical solution of vibration velocity and to calculate equivalent mass and bandwidth of transducer. The mentioned method can be used in calculating equivalent mass of piezoelectric sandwich or compex transducer along axis perforaiton in front of radiating block or in the middle of radiating block.

This paper deals with the optimal dynamic design of the bearing system. Under the constraints that no characteristic frequency of the rotor-bearing system falls into a specified frequency region and others, the dynamic flexibility of the system as obiective function approaches minimum or allowable value, that is, to possess stronger ability to resist vibriation of the forced bending, with parameters of the system(stiffness coefficient, damping coefficient and mass) taken as design variables. The interaction of the rotor and the bearing is put into account during the optimizing process. To simplify the optimizing process, a converse solution method for determining the values of dodged stiffness and damping coefficients to avoid resonance is proposed.As a result,the behaviour constraints can be transformed into the boundary ones. Meantime, 2-grade optimization approach is employed. The rearing system as a sub-system is connected to the entire rotor-bearing system by an equivalent mass of the rotor at the bearing. The equivalent mass of the rotor is obtained by means of equivalent kinetic energy and iteration technique. An numerical example is provided at the end of the paper.

在避免轴-轴承系统共振和要求系统抑制强迫振动能力强的条件下.选择轴承系统的有关参数(刚度、阻尼系数、质量)使动柔度最小。考虑了两轴承系统及轴之间的相互影响。为简化优化过程,采用两级优化;应用求回避刚度、回避质量(即设置回避变量禁区)的逆求法,把上述非线性规划问题中隐式性能约束化为箱式约束(上下限约束)。给出了一个高速离心机的算例。
