A short discussion on the future development is also carried out.

本文对化学工业过程控制与优化的许多方面的目前状况及今后的发展进行了综述。其中,特别对工业计算机控制系统,在线工业传感器与“软测量技术”,各种高级控制算法与控制结构的开发,人工智能,专家控制,人工神经网络在化工过程建模与控制的应用,控制管理一体化及化工过程调优等方面进行了较多的阐述。另外,对今后这些方面的发展趋势也作了简短的讨论。

In this paper the characteristics of process industries and the Development history of process control are briefly described, particularly the future development of process control is depicted in more detail. It is pointed out that the process modeling, control strategies, soft-measuring techniques, process optimization and computer integrated process Systems (CIPS) will be the main direction of the future development of process control in the face of 21 century.

本文简述了过程工业的特点并对过程技术的发展做了简单的回顾,特别对过程控制技术今后的发展作了较详细的叙述.指出了过程建模、控制策略、软测量技术、过程优化、计算机集成过程系统等将是二十一世纪过程控制技术发展的主要方向.

Online estimation of cell concentration in fermentation process through soft measuring technique is important due to the absence of direct online measuring method.Two such methods:the GMDH method and the artificial neural network were investigated.The former gives the better result and requires less computing time.The GMDH method should be paid more attention on in modeling nonlinear fermentation process.

由于发酵过程细胞浓度在线测定困难 ,应用软测量技术对其进行分析很有必要。本文对两种建模估计方法 :GMDH法和人工神经网络法 ,进行了比较研究。结果表明GMDH法拟合结果较好且需计算时间较短 ,可在更多的非线性过程建模中应用。
