In malesthe earliest signs of sexual developmentwere enlargement of testes occurring at theage of 10 years and accelerating at the ageof 12 to 13, the mean size of testes at theage of 13 and 15,11.1 ml and 15.1 ml respec-tively. The development of external genitalorgan occurred in 55.9% of children at 12years. The earliest secondary sexual charac-teristics were the appearance of pubic hairoccurring at 13, axillary and facial hair,voice change and Adam's apple enlargementat 14, 14 to 15 years, respectively. The be-ginning of ejaculation was noted in 23.5%of the boys at 13 years, in 39.5% at 15 years.Male breast development was discovered in19.7% of boys (102 out of 517). Adolescent goiter was detected in 82 chil-dren (7.71%) of whom 13.2% were femaleand 1.9% male. Undescended testes weredetected in 20 boys (7.9%) of whom 12 boyshad lateral undescended testes and 8 boyshad bilateral undescended testes.

The purpose of the present study was to make a cross-sectional observation of the male's voice change process.The salivary testosterone was tested with the RIA method,which reflects the serum free testosterone level that has biologic effects.On the other hand,with more than 500 logarithm spec- trum,amplitude spectrum and autocorrelation analysis graphs,the fundamental frequencies (F_0) and the first formant frequencies (F-1) of the highest tone.the lowest tone and the speech of 54 boys from 9 to 20 years old...

Results showed that the increase of the testosterone during puberty may be the main cause of the male's voice mutation.The variations of F_1 suggested that there may be some changes in vocal track shap during puberty.There are different properties of F_1 between sing and speech.Besides,through synthesizing the results,evaluate was presented on the characteristics of the voice spectrums and the voice mutation process of the male teen-agers.

本文采用放射免疫方法(RIA)测定唾液睾酮含量以反映体内发挥生物效应的游离睾酮水平;并根据用频谱分析、自相关函数计算的五百余幅图谱检测了54名男性青少年自然音域最高音,最低音及语音的基频和第一共振峰频率。结果显示男性青少年睾酮水平的增高可能是引起并决定变声进程的主要因素之一。对第一共振峰的分析提示男性青少年青春期前后声道有所改变;唱与说似有不同的共振特点。此外,综其检测结果对男性青少年变声的频谱特点及时限进行了评估。

Objective:To measure the voice samples of the normal aged in order to systemically study the features of the voice changes. Method:To collect and analyze 146 voice samples of the normal aged with sonogram. Result:The fundamental frequency of the voice of the aged decreases and rises in the male more than 80 years older. Objective:To measure the voice samples of the normal aged in order to systemically study the features of the voice changes. Method:To collect and analyze 146 voice samples of the normal aged with sonogram. Result:The fundamental frequency of the voice of the aged decreases and rises in the male more than 80 years older. The low frequency harmonics are regulation and the intensity is strong in the formant of the aged. The difference reduces in voice between male and female. The harmonics to noise ratio tends downwards and the amplitude perturbation quotient tends upwards along with the growth of age in the aged male. The changes of the above-mentioned parameters are not significant in the aged female. Conclusion:The voice changes are normal physiological ones in the normal aged. The changes of the parameters are used to evaluate normal aged voice and abnormal one. The changes show that the function in the aged phonation tends to decline to a certain extent and it must be protected and be trained.

目的 :综合分析正常老年人嗓音变化的特征。方法 :以喉声图仪采集、分析 146例正常老年人嗓音声样。结果 :老年人嗓音基频下降 ,80岁以上男性基频升高。老年期共振峰低频谐波规则 ,声能强 ,男女声之间差异减少。老年男性谐噪比随增龄有下降趋势 ,而振幅微扰商则升高。老年女性以上参数变化不明显。结论 :老年期嗓音变化属老年人正常生理变化。通过喉声图仪测得其嗓音参数的变化 ,可作为正常老年期嗓音的客观指标 ,以鉴别病理嗓音。这些变化说明老年人发音功能有一定程度的衰退 ,应适当加以维护及加强发音训练。
