HL-60 cell resisted to ATRA responsed well to the apoptosis and differentiation induction of As2O3. Our results suggest that: As2O3 mainly induce HL-60 cells to apoptosis,low concentration of As2O3 can also induce HL-60 cells to differentiation,and has no cross resistance with ATRA.
