In repeated tests of a blood sample, the relative standard deviation is 4. 5 %. So the glucose biosensor developed in this study has a good potential in application.

研制成功一种完全新型的、以金刚石薄膜为绝缘衬底、H2O2微电极阵列为基础电极的微型葡萄糖传感器。与原有单一微电极为基础电极的葡萄糖传感器相比,在延长寿命、增强响应电流方面得到较大的改善。将此传感器应用于标准血清测试表明共存物质对葡萄糖响应电流干扰小,应用于人体血清中血糖含量测试,结果与常规光电比色法有良好的相关一致性,相关系数为0.99,同一血样(血糖含量为12.8mmol/L)重复测试的批内偏差为0.36,相对标准偏差为4.5%,表明该传感器有好的应用前景。

Due to the permselective oharacteristies of the poly (o-aminophenol) film, the interference of electroactive species such as ascorbic acid and urio acid, is greathy reduced.

本文用电化学聚合邻氨基苯酚高分子膜固定葡萄糖氧化酶制成电流型葡萄糖氧化酶传感器。传感器对葡萄糖的线性响应范围为1×10-5~5×10-3mol/L,响应时间小于4秒,寿命长达两个月,并能有效消除抗坏血酸、尿酸等电活性物质的干扰。
