本文对组合弹性结构非标准交接问题作了分析和讨论,导出了各种交接关系。提出了一种用罚单元于组合弹性结构交接问题的有限元方法,它能方便、灵活地嵌入有关通用程序中,可处理刚性连接,铰接和弹性连接的各类组合弹性结构的课题,在工程结构的分析计算中具有一定的意义。

In this paper,the solder joints whose fatigue is the most common reliability problem in advanced electronic equipment are used as the objects of the study,the stress/strain distribution characteristics of the leaded PQFP solder joint and the leadless EBGA solder joint under thermal cycling loading is analyzed using the nonlinear finite element method,and the influence of the temperature profile parameters (e.g.the temperature range,the ramp rate and the length of dwell time) on the range of elastic strain,plastic strain accumulation,fatigue life and test efficiency of solid joint are studied.At last,the method for designing the optimal temperature profile are summarized.

HALT是一项崭新的可靠性试验技术,具体实施还缺乏系统的理论指导。以在电子设备可靠性中起重要作用的焊点为研究对象,采用非线性有限元方法,分析了有引脚PQFP和无引脚EBGA两类典型器件的焊点在热循环载荷作用下的应力应变特点,研究了热循环试验温度剖面参数包括高低温端点温度、高低温保持时间、温变速率对这两种典型焊点的弹性应变范围、塑性应变累积、疲劳寿命和试验效率的影响,归纳了电子设备HALT可靠性试验优化温度剖面图的建立方法。

According to test results of two specimens of local transfer RC joint from inclined columns to a beeline-shaped wall under vertical static loads,fundamental behaviors of a hollow joint and a solid joint are achieved.As for the hollow joint,the results show that a failure in the transfer beam due to a complex stress state composed of tension,flexural moment and shear force resulted in a dramatic stress redistribution as well as a local compressive failure in the wall,in which its capacity decreased a great deal.However,the...

According to test results of two specimens of local transfer RC joint from inclined columns to a beeline-shaped wall under vertical static loads,fundamental behaviors of a hollow joint and a solid joint are achieved.As for the hollow joint,the results show that a failure in the transfer beam due to a complex stress state composed of tension,flexural moment and shear force resulted in a dramatic stress redistribution as well as a local compressive failure in the wall,in which its capacity decreased a great deal.However,the mechanical behaviors of the joint obviously followed the characteristics of a truss model.As far as the solid joint is concerned,the load transfer mechanism is similar to a beam with an armpit,in which the stress distributions in both the beam and the wall are more even,so the effect of transfer is much better than that of the hollow joint.

通过2个斜柱转换节点在竖向荷载下的静载试验,获得了空腹和实腹斜柱转换节点的受力机理。结果表明,空腹斜柱转换节点的转换梁在拉、弯、剪复杂受力下的破坏,导致了短肢剪力墙局压破坏的发生,并使其承载能力不能充分发挥,且整个节点的受力机制具有明显的桁架模型特征。实腹斜柱转换节点的传力机制和加腋的转换梁类似,但转换梁和剪力墙中应力分布更均匀,转换效果更好。
