西南某联合厂房屋面框架梁采用5×24 m部分预应力砼简支梁,其中间跨24 m,就其设计构思、节点构造、混合配筋、强度及刚度计算等进行了分析.本框架梁两端简支且位置上抬,为框架总长120 m而不设伸缩缝创造了条件;部分预应力混凝土结构采用预应力与非预应力筋混合配筋,正确选用预应力度极为重要;后张部分预应力混凝土结构利用高强钢筋充分发挥材料特性,且比全预应力混凝土结构具有更好的延性.
