It is the first time to present a method of sensitivity analysis of parameters for reliability evaluation of HVDC systems in this paper. Recently, the sensitivity analysis is evidently a necessary aspect for reliability evaluation in an engineering system, because of some indeterminate factors, especially the original parameters of reliability.The basic Markov Processes Theory and techniques of differential of complex functions are employed to develop the new method in this paper. The main relevent formulas are deduced and the computer approach is in general described. The reliability indices calculated for HVDC systems are state probabilities Pi, frequencies Fi and mean durations Di for each capacity which HVDC systems ecounter in operation. The sensitivities, such as Pi/(?)ai, (?)Fi/(?)ai and (?)Di/(?)ai, can be obtained by using this method proposed at the same time when the maih reliability indices of the system are evaluated, where ai is one of the parameters, such as failure rates, repair rates etc., of components of HVDC systems. A comprehensive example of Gezhouba to Shanghai HVDC Link is given to illustrate the application of the method proposed in this paper, and it shows that this method is simple and efficient for practical applications of reliability evaluation in HVDC systems.

本文根据Markov过程的基本理论,运用复合函数求导的方法,首次对高压直流系统可靠性评估中的参数灵敏度进行了分析。推导了主要数学公式,并提出了相应的计算机方法。本文所提出的方法已在葛洲坝—上海的高压直流系统中得到了应用,并取得了有意义的结果。

The DC state variables so chosen not only assess the performance state of the HVDC link,simplify the formation of the Jacobian matrix, but also characterize the interconnection of the AC and DC systems. With this modelling, the unified method and vari- ous decoupled methods (AC-DC,P-QDC,P-Q-DC)of state estimation are investigated under random noise statistical simulations both in'strongly' and 'weakly' connected AC-DC systems.The simulation tests show that the proposed DC modelling is feasible, and the results of estimation of these methods are all acceptable in strongly connected AC-DC systems. The P-Q-DC method, due to its low computing time and storage and its capability to be treated by parallel computation, is most noteworthy.However, in the weakly connected system, the convergence of P-Q-DC method becomes slow. Measures to overcome this phenomenon are investigated in the paper. One way is to adopt deceleration factor in the iteration process. Its effect proves to be quite satisfactory, not being restricted by the mode of HVDC operation. Thus, the P-Q-DC method conld be used effectively in the state estimation of multiterminal AC-DC power system, both for strongly and for weakly connected systems.The problem of detectability and identifiability of bad data in HVDC link measurements has not been discussed fully so far. Result of simulation tests in the paper shows that the theory of detection and identification of bad data in AC system can be extended to multiterminal AC-DC system. This problem has been fully considered and the proposed measurement set in HVDC link in the paper proves to be meeting the requirements of bad data detectability and identifiability.

本文讨论了多端交直流联合系统状态估计的直流系统模型,并对联立法和各种解耦算法在随机误差环境下进行了模拟试验和评价。对P-Q-DC法应用于弱交流系统时使其收敛性变差的问题提出了改进措施,取得了令人满意的效果。本文还讨论了P-Q-DC法中直流系统量测的不良数据的检测和辨识问题。
