The paper deals with the investigation of linear buckling and free vibration behavior of layered and multiphase magneto-electro-elastic (MEE) beam under thermal environment.
      


A numerical method for analysing free vibration behavior of viscoelastic structures is presented. By virtue of solving a problem of eigen value in an equivalent elastic space and an algebraic equation, the frequencies and modes of viscoelastic structures could be obtained. Also, the viscoelastic dynamic equation for thin plate is established and corresponding method for solution is given. Numerical verification is exhibited in the paper.

The free vibration behavior of a coupling system with an infinite cylindrical elastic shell filled with fluid is studied. The simple harmonic motion of the shell and the pressure in the fluid are described with the Flgge shell equation and Helmholtz equation, respectively. As a new type of structural form, the suspen-dome structure combines both benefits of a single layer reticulated shell structure and a cable-dome structure. According to the time history analysis results, it is pointed out that the boundary condition is the main influence factor of the seismic behavior. The results obtained demonstrate that the partial suspen-dome structures show good seismic behavior when the boundary joints are only fixed in vertical and tangential directions. When the boundary conditions are the same,the supspen-dome structures have the similar seismic response in different level under horizontal earthquake action and vertical earthquake action.

弦支穹顶是一种受力性能优良的结构体系,它综合了单层网壳结构和索穹顶结构的优点,详细分析了影响弦支穹顶结构自振特性的各类参数,指出了边界条件对结构抗震性能的决定性影响。研究表明:当采用径向滑动边界时,即边界节点竖向和法向受到约束而容许径向在水平面滑动时,局部布索的弦支穹顶具有较佳的抗震性能;当边界条件相同时,弦支穹顶在水平地震和竖向地震作用下反应相似,只是程度上不同。
