The amidoxime-polyacrylonitrile ion-exchange fiber was made of commercial polyacrylonitrile fiber by reaction of hy(?)roxylamine. The exchange capacity and infrared spectra of IEF have beend etermined. Adsorption property of AO-PAN fiber for uranium was studied, The maximum adsorption of uranium is up to 1.25mg/g, It is used for the concentration and the separation of uranium.

Research on fibrous adsorbent, which was made of polyacrylonitrile fiber by bonding amidoxime and carboxy groups in order to obtain bifunctional group adsorbent, by means of TEM (Transmisstion Electron Microscone) and SEM-EDAX (Energy Dispersive Analysis of X-ray). This kind of adsorbent was used for extraction uranium from seawater and pretreatment of seawater in several nuclide contents analysis. It was discovered that there is intimate relationship among preparation conditions, fiber structure and appearance...

Research on fibrous adsorbent, which was made of polyacrylonitrile fiber by bonding amidoxime and carboxy groups in order to obtain bifunctional group adsorbent, by means of TEM (Transmisstion Electron Microscone) and SEM-EDAX (Energy Dispersive Analysis of X-ray). This kind of adsorbent was used for extraction uranium from seawater and pretreatment of seawater in several nuclide contents analysis. It was discovered that there is intimate relationship among preparation conditions, fiber structure and appearance and adsorptive power. It will be necessary to keep fundamentaly the original appearance and structure of surface-skin layer and porous layer of fiber if we want to obtain fibrous adsorbent with a better adsorptive power. Many elements in seawater are adsorbed but the enrichment coefficient is higher for transition-metals. TEM and SEM-EDAX are effective methods for study of fiber and have some directive significances for preparation, in addition, the adsorption substance is brieflly discussed.

本文对纤维吸附剂(聚丙烯腈纤维导入偕胺肟基和羧基的双功能基团纤维吸附剂)藉透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜——X射线色散能量分析谱(SEM—EDAX)进行研究。该类型吸附剂用于海水提铀研究及海水中某些核素含量分析的样品前处理。研究结果表明吸附剂制备条件、纤维表面形貌结构、吸附性能之间密切相关。欲得较佳性能的纤维吸附剂需控制反应条件,既使得高分手骨架键连上两种功能基团,又大体上不损坏纤维表皮层及多孔层基本结构形貌,该类型吸附剂同时吸附海水中多种元素,但对过渡金属元素富集作用较强。TEM和SEM—EDAX对研究纤维吸附剂样品是一种有鼓的方法。研究结果对吸附剂的制备条件的选择和控制有一定的指导意义。文中还对纤维吸附剂的吸附作用的本质进行了简要的讨论。

The adsorption behavior of Au~(3+) onto the acrylic chelating fiber containingamidoxime group was studied.It is concluded that the fiber possesses not only highadsorption capacity to Au~(3+),but also the ability to reduce the Au~(3+) into metallic gold;inredox process,the amidoxime group is oxidized into carboxyl group.

本文研究了含偕胺肟基聚丙烯腈系螯合纤维对于三价 Au 离子的吸附行为。结果表明,上述螯合纤维不仅对三价 Au 离子具有相当高的吸附容量,而且还能将所吸附到的 Au 离子还原成金属态的 Au;在氧化还原过程中,偕胺肟基被氧化成羧酸基。
