The structure of a substation automation information exchange system based on IEC 61850 architecture is analyzed. A practical and expandable security authentication system of substation automation information exchange is presented on the digital certificate and proxy multi-signature system. The cryptography computation module is integrated with the intelligent electric device (IED) or communication controller of substation. The general or proxy digital signature is adopted so that the authentication of identity and information integrity is implemented in the process of information exchange between the IED and the control center. The security authentication system is in conformity with the IEC 61850 standard system and the cryptography technique designated by the National Cipher Management Committee Office is adopted in cryptography computation.

Taking the RMU with a scale of cable section of two ingoing lines and four outgoing lines as an object, the hardware of this device oriented is designed by using two TMS320VC33 Digital Signal Processors. Some specific techniques such as intelligent connection, module calculation, intelligent logical chronological control and power quality analysis are detailed in this paper. In addition, the method of DSP software design introduces how to accomplish all mentioned functions.

从配电自动化发展的需求出发,提出了一种面向环网柜的智能型测控保护终端的设计思想。以两进四出规模的环网柜为研究对象,阐述了以两片浮点数字信号处理器芯片TMS320VC33为核心的终端单元的硬件设计。在满足配电远方终端一般要求的基础上,详细讨论了智能接线、模块化计算、智能逻辑时序控制、电能质量分析及管理等特色功能的技术实现方案,并介绍了两片DSP相互配合完成上述功能的程序设计方法。
