Finally, a case study——site determination of transit transfer centers for Beijing metropolitan area is given in this paper.

提出了一种城市客运枢纽选址方法——人-机参与枢纽选址法,并以北京市公交系统为研究对象,应用该方法进行城市客运枢纽选址试算。该方法分为两部分,确定性选址与非确定性选址,前者主要依据城市总体规划以及有关专家的综合分析确定枢纽地址;后者主要依据有关的基础资料,经计算机进行有关指标的计算,进行定量遗址,然后根据计算结果并参照其它制约条件,进行综合性决策,做出最终的城市客运枢纽的选址布局。

In current practice of urban planning, design and construction in China, traffic design has not been treated as an independent part, lacking enough consideration of its functionality. Through an appropriate and ingenious traffic design, efficiency, orderliness and safety of a transportation system can be achieved. Traffic design is a top-down process, reflecting the important elements of transportation planning concepts and principles, and taking into account issues related to pedestrian traffic, street intersection, parking, and transit transfer centers. According to experiences in traffic design gained at home and abroad, this paper presents some ideas about urban traffic design with examples showing the rationalities of those ideas in real-world applications.

在目前国内的城市规划、设计和建设当中,交通设计没有作为一个独立的部分来完成,缺乏功能性的考虑,重视程度不够。交通系统效率、交通秩序和安全性往往是通过合理、巧妙的交通设计来实现,因此交通设计是自上而下,体现交通规划理念和原则的重要组成部分。围绕步行交通、交叉口、停车、交通换乘枢纽四个方面,针对国内外交通设计存在的问题和经验,阐述交通设计的思想,并用实例来证明其应用的合理性。

The paper then proposes a bus coordination dispatching pattern for transit transfer centers, and defines functions and information flow processing procedures for bus coordination dispatching. The findings bear some reference value for the planning and management of metropolitan public transportation systems in China.

首先分析了我国当前大城市公交网络客流组织存在的问题。然后从运营管理层面阐述了智能交通系统(IntelligentTransportationSystems,ITS)环境下公交基础调度模式的信息流程改进情况;指出了ITS对公共汽车运输组织工作的技术支持优势。进而提出了面向换乘枢纽的公共汽车协调调度模式,并对该协调调度的基本功能和信息流程进行设计。此研究成果对提升我国大城市公交网络运输管理水平具有参考价值。
