The technical index and calibration level of the DC resistance voltage divider are analyzed,the uniform calibration method is proposed,the uncertainty is analyzed and the checking method is given.The ratio error of the divider calibration with this method is at 10\+\{-7\} order magnitude.

To simulate the step response of impulse voltage measuring system with a resistance voltage divider, equivalent circuit is constructed. Charge simulation method (CSM) and numerical electromagnetic method are used to compute the step response of the equivalent circuit. Comparison of the measured and simulated step response verified that this method is an excellent one and can be used for computer aided design of impulse voltage measuring system with resistance divider.
