In this paper,aniline was polymerized into the micro-pore wall of the pulp fiber by in-situ adsorption polymerization process in order to manufacture conductive paper.The effects of different reaction conditions including amount of oxidant(potassium persulfate or ammonium persulfate),reaction temperature and reaction time on the surface resistance of conductive paper were studied in detail.The optimum adsorption polymerization conditions were: polymerization time 105 minutes,reaction temperature 5°C.The mass ratio of oxidant to aniline is dependent on the types of oxidant.When potassium persulfate was used as oxidant,the optimum mass ratio of oxidant to aniline was 1∶2 and the surface resistivity of the conductive paper was 481 Ω/cm~2.However,the optimum mass ratio of oxidant to aniline was 3∶4 and the surface resistivity was up to 108 Ω/cm~2 when ammonium persulfate was used as oxidant.Thus,ammonium persulfate is better than potassium persulfate as oxidant.

A type of electrically conducting PANI/Spandex fabric was fabricated by in situ adsorption polymerization process. The signal stability under the static and stressed state was studied. The measurement and computation on the surface resistivity of conductive PANI/Spandex fabric were performed under the static and stressed state respectively. The stability and variation of the fabric surface resistance were explored with the movement of the two clamps on the Instron machine at a constant speed. When the fabric was contracted or/and extended, the variable curves of the surface resistivity were analyzed. And the stability of fabric surface resistivity under repeating tensile strains was investigated. The results showed that the conductivities were anisotropic in warp and weft directions. They were affected by the array of PANI molecules and the relaxation time of the fabric.

采用“现场”吸附聚合法制备了聚苯胺/氨纶导电织物,并对其在静态以及应力作用下的信号稳定性能进行了研究。列出在动静态情况下导电织物表面电阻率的测定方法和计算方法。探讨了导电织物在定速伸长时,经纬向表面电阻稳定性以及表面电阻率的变化情况;分析了在定长收缩与定长伸长时表面电阻的曲线关系以及在反复拉伸了导电织物表面电阻的稳定性。实验表明:在应力作用下,导电织物经纬向的变化趋势各异。它受聚苯胺分子间的排列以及织物松弛时间的影响。
