Merkel number (Me) or overall mass transfer coefficient (K_(ov)) has been used as the judgement evidence of advantage of cooling tower thermodynamic performance for a long time, Investigators call them (Me or K_(ov)) "thermodynamic performance parameters of cooling tower". Then many researches centre on clarifying the relationship between Me (or K_(ov)) and "thermodynamic parameters of inlet air and inlet water (exp: water flow per unit time and area, air flow per unit time and area, water temperature) and property parameters of packing (exp: horizontal pitch of plates, Specific area, hight of packing)". Only clarifying this relationship, we can draw support from Merkel number or overall mass transfer coeficient better to guide the designation and production of cooling tower.In this paper, the author deduced the theoritic model of this relationship in direction of the Merkel enthalpy potential theory and analogy theory of heat and mass transfer. The author also fit the unknown coefficients in the model using 247 groups of experimental data for cement asbestos plates as packing. Then the wider, more general relative model has been obtained.The relativity calculation indicates that the relative model obtained has very good relative number.

本文以麦克尔焓差理论和传热传质相似理论为基础,推导出了麦克尔数(M_6)及总容积传质系数(K_(av))与冷却塔进塔空气和水的热力参数(如水流密度q,气流密度g,水温t)及填料特性参数(如板间间距P_h,比表面积a',填料高度Z)之间的相关关系数学模式,并且以石棉水泥平板作为填料进行247组工况的实验测定,确定该数学模式中的系数,从而获得了更为全面,更为普遍的相关关系模式。计算表明所获得的相关关系数学模式具有很好的相关性。

The new high effective gas liquid mass transfer stirred reactor: Self mixing Disk Turbine(SDT) was designed. By experiments, mass transfer property and kinetic property of SDT have been studied. The equation is obtained about the relationship between the mass transfer coeficient and pwoer、gaseous velocity. It will provide the theoritical foundation for practical applications.

The reaction between CaCO 3 and hydrochloric acid and the expressions of dynamical parameters are presented. Considering into account the acid fracturing operations with large pad fluid volume developed for the carbonatestone reservoir in Tahe (reservoir temperatures 120-130℃, medium temperature in fractures 90℃), the simulation experiments are conducted under following conditions: spent acid of varying concentration being used to create similar ions effects; reaction pressure >7 MPa for real solid liquid reactions to proceed; reaction temperature of 30℃, 60℃, 90℃, and 120℃; Re of acid adjusted by varying rotating speed to simulate the acid flow patern. The cores used have porosity 0.1-4.8% and permeability 0.1×10 -3 -252×10 -3 μm 2 and contain ~98% CaCO 3; the acid used is a formulated gelled acid containing 20% HCl; the simulation experiments are conducted on TEMCO′s CRS 10 acid/rock reaction dynamics instrument with some improvements; the reaction rates are determined from core disc weight loss data. The dynamical parameters of acid/rock reaction are presented in detail for one core: the reaction order, m , calculated from the data of reaction rate, J , for varying acid concentration at 30℃ and 500 r/min, or Re =12.87, is of 0.486 3 and the reaction rate constant, K , -7.820×10 6 (mol/L) -m ·(mol/cm 2·s); the J curves goes through a maximum and the effective H + mass transfer coeficient, D e, decreases with increasing Re at 90℃; the reaction activation energy, E a, determined from the data of J values at 4 different temperature and at 500 r/min, or Re= 12.87, is of 11.398 kJ/mol and the frequency factor, K 0 - 8.343×10 -4 . For reservoir cores of 12 wells (strata) the range of these dynamical parameters obtained is given.
