The article aims at the current situation of the libraries of the civil colleges, distance away from the superior university center libraries, and the shortage of the outlay devotion. Then analysis is made on the requirements of readers and the feasibility of shared resources. Finally idiographic opinions are raised on the step-by-step construction of the different types and different levels of materials in terms of the importance and emergency.

目的:调查分析民办高校大学一年级新生心理健康状况。方法:采用临床症状自评量表(SLL-90),通过整群抽样方法选取中国信息大学一年级全体新生,测评了1132个有效样本,并进行了比较分析。结果:被试SCL-90测查中度或中度以上的心理问题检出率16.70%,男女生无显著性差异;在因子分量表上,女生焦虑比例高于男生,且差异有显著性。总体上,中国信息大学一年级新生心理健康水平差于全国青年常模,与其它地区大学生有一定差异;女生、理科生、来自农村的学生以及非独生子女心理问题相对突出。结论:民办高校大学生心理健康问题应予以重视。

目的:了解民办高校大学新生个性特征。方法:应用艾森克人格调查问卷(EPQ)对1132名民办高校大学新生进行测评,与全国大中学生常模比较,并在性别、生源、专业、家庭结构、家庭出身、民族等维度进行比较。结果:与全国大、中学生常模相比本调查男、女大学生P、N因子分均显著低于常模,E因子分均显著高于常模,男大学生L因子分高于常模,女生则与常模无显著性差异;在性别、生源、专业、家庭结构、家庭出身、民族等维度上大学生存在很大差异。结论:民办高校大学新生个性整合较为良好,个性较稳定;不同群体个性差异较大,学校教育应考虑群体的特征,有针对性地进行工作。
