In the existing approximate methods the coupling effects of bending and twisting action are less concerned, and even entirely neglect the twisting resistant capability of the girders.On the ground of the known rigid cross beam method this paper deals in detail with the coupling action,and proposes general formulas for the influence line of load distribution over the parallel girders. So the internal forces of the girders can be calculated accurately with the aid of the load distribution coefficients thus obtained, as it be done for straight line girders.Example is given for demonstrating the use of the formulas, it is seen here the effect on the internal forces of the girders when the twisting effect is neglected.

现代道路网的迅速发展,对新颖曲线桥梁的需要增多,但少见有比较完善的曲线梁桥实用计算方法。已有的一些近似法多不计弯扭的耦合作用,甚至完全忽略主梁的抗扭能力。本文仔细考虑了曲线梁桥弯扭耦合作用,按熟知的刚性横梁原理推导出主梁荷载横向分布影响线的普遍公式,从而可用计算荷载的横向分布系数的方法,像计算直线梁桥一样,比较精确地求得曲线梁桥的内力值。文中举例说明了公式的应用,并与忽略扭曲对主梁内力的影响进行了比较。

This paper investigates the traffic volume distribution of regional highway network.By the use of "user optimized" principle a nonliner programm model which can he used to simulate the link volume distribution of highway network has been established.With the help of this model,we have got the link volume distribution of the highway network in the NT District,now and future.Link volume variation of some construction schemes has been,imitated also.At last,initial construction plan was proposed.

本文研究了地区公路网交通量分布仿真问题。通过“用户最优原理”,建立了模拟公路网上汽车交通量分布的非线性规划模型,并借助该模型研究了NT市公路网的现状、未来情况及多种建设方案实施后所引起的交通量分布的变化情况,据此提出了初步的规划方案。

On the basis of program evaluation theories and in the method of cost-benifit analysis,this thesis gives an essential principle about regional highway network construction and 3et up a model related to computer program.With the model,projects in City NT are evaluated,then a new project is gotten,and the problem of choosing project is solved,which is valuable for the investment decision.

本文以项目评价理论为基础,以费效分析为主要方法,提出了区域公路网建设项目经济评价的一般原则;建立了以计算机程序为主体的评价模型。并应用此模型初步评价了NT市公路网建设项目,提出了新的方案。从经济分析的角度解决了实际中悬而未决的问题,对投资决策具有较大的参考价值。
