This paper analyzes heating mechanism of all heat sources and heat quantity calculation of crawler bulldozer transmission system with big power. It also analyzes and calculates heat dissipation method and process of the system. It puts forward emulation method of calculating bulldozer transmission system heat equilibrium temperature on this basis and gives a calculating example.
